1.1 To register and maintain an account on m71bet, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration; and (d) not be prohibited from participating in online gambling under any applicable law or regulation that governs your personal circumstances.

1.2 By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1.1. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

1.3 m71bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements issued by recognised Bangladeshi financial institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others.

1.4 m71bet accounts are for personal recreational use only. Use of the platform for commercial gambling operations, professional arbitrage betting, or any other commercial purpose is prohibited without prior written consent from m71bet.

2.1 You are entirely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential and secure. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

2.2 All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. m71bet will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.3 You must notify m71bet's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. m71bet will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is conducted.

2.4 m71bet will never contact you to request your password or full payment method PIN via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from m71bet and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.1 m71bet accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard-enabled cards issued by Bangladeshi banks. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. m71bet reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 All deposits are credited to your m71bet account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). m71bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which m71bet accepts no liability.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days.

3.4 m71bet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if: (a) the account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected; (c) the account is under review for breach of these Terms; or (d) the withdrawal request does not meet the minimum wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds held on the account.

3.5 Funds deposited into your m71bet account must be used for gaming purposes only. m71bet does not operate as a financial institution and will not pay interest on account balances. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring or withdrawing them without meaningful play is prohibited and may be treated as suspicious activity.

4.1 m71bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL.

4.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is that the combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the individual promotion page.

4.3 Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Certain high-RTP slots, live dealer table games, and sports betting markets may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. 4.4 m71bet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn prior to completion of the relevant wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be removed from the account balance and any winnings attributable solely to that bonus will be voided.

4.5 Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may lead to account suspension.

5.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m71bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of account balances at m71bet's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gaming activity.

5.2 m71bet employs active security monitoring and fraud detection systems. All accounts and transactions are subject to review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, m71bet will take immediate remedial action and may report relevant information to appropriate authorities where legally required to do so.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written consent from m71bet.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m71bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

8.2 m71bet does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. m71bet accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, m71bet reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the player's account. This is the player's sole remedy in such circumstances.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9.1 m71bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 m71bet implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the m71bet platform are encrypted using SSL technology.

9.3 m71bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) strictly as necessary to deliver the platform's services, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

10.1 m71bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance.

10.2 Where an account is terminated by m71bet for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both cash balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within seven business days.

10.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Open bets or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules.

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the m71bet platform shall first be referred to m71bet's customer support team for informal resolution. Formal disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.

11.2 m71bet will endeavour to resolve all formal disputes within 28 days of receipt of written notification. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.1 m71bet may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the platform. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via a platform notice or email to the address registered on their account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

12.2 Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 10.3.
